I do this to my friends from University because they're very disrespectful as players (especially those that play mobile games at the table). I just dodge their requests to play RPGs and we go watch movies and shit instead.

I've recruited some other friends to play RPGs with and they're much better but unfortunately less available since they aren't NEETs.
