How do you handle parties of mixed allignment?
Say half the party is chaotic, and half the party is lawful, with a neutral guy in the middle, and they all run into conflicting interests and their gods want them doing different things, how do you stop the party from falling apart?

As long as they're all working towards a common goal and don't get in each other's way too much things will work smoothly. The minute you allow any PvP it's gonna go to hell.
Allow for arguments, conflict between characters is always interesting. Don't let it get in the way of the enjoyment, though.

Let them split the party for a session.
I know that's blasphemy for a dungeon crawl, but if they each need to take care of their own thing as long as it doesn't put them in direct conflict with each other, let them. And if you like, throw in a few character specific challenges that each group can't easily do without the other. Might seem cheesy, but the old, "we can't do it alone" lesson can keep a party going together. At least until they get closer.
