Then you just have unreliable people. I could make baseless guesses as to why, but generally speaking if just saying the time once and asking if everyone is good for next week at the end of the session isn't cutting it you're fucked

It's gotten better now that player 1 and I carpool. At least if p2 is a no-show now we can play some games or something, and It's not just me sitting around getting depressed.
