What RPGs give stats for high heels?
Pathfinder just gave stats for stiletto heels. They're all benefits with no downside.
>all benefits, no downside
i see no problems with this and wonder what you point is.

If your main concern with Pathfinder's balance is that wearing heels doesn't affect your character's movement speed or agility I have some bad news for you.

I tend to not bother with rules. If a player really wants to make them an item, they'd probably give a bonus in some social situations and be functional as an improvised or concealed weapon.
Because if you're in a setting where adventurers are in high heels, you're clearly prioritising aesthetic over authenticity and you might as well follow through rather than half arsing it.

An infamous example of "GURPS has rules for everything" has GURPS having rules for high heels.

Wow, GURPS truly is a fantastic system.

GURPS has two perks for wearing high-heels in a cinematic manner (one for running, another for kicking with a better wounding modifier), and without them you suffer the generic penalty for bad footing (-2 to attack, -1 to defense). Those are the official rules. As funny as >>54129032 is, it's fan material for a dead edition.

>Gambeson is not as thick as padded armor

Those are homebrew.
