What order should I play the Baldur's Gate series?

You could skip Dragonspear entirely, it's awful.

Tbh none of the BGs is any good, play Icewind Dale or Planescape Torment instead

You can easily skip Dragonspear and Black Pits, and Tales of the Sword Coast isn't that great or necessary either. Other than that, looks fine enough.

Indeed, PST is the best of all the INfinity Engine games.

Icewind Dale was pretty atmospheric for what it was: a fantasy combat shooter mainly.
