Contact our resident Transmutation Wizard and politely ask him to clean a pdf. He will set his scrying device to accept pdfs and then you ship it to him. Magic occurs, then the pdf is purified.

Man it always stabs me in the heart when I read this. I got that copy of Merc on a sunny day in 1990 from my friend Murray, along with some Elfquest and the Twilight 2000 box. He was joining the army and I never saw him again. I found the other Merc books years later at a second hand shop. I scanned them all a few years back but of course, that central chunk of the main rules was always missing.

Merc's combat system used a weird gimmick, having a clear plastic gunsight laid over a target silhouette, then you would roll to hit. That, along with the basic combat rules, is what is missing. Technically you can still play it but it's obviously not the same. So I feel sad I could only provide an incomplete copy, and although I know it's rare as fuck I'm hoping another one will turn up some day. Sorry for the blog had to get that off my chest.

You should find it easier to read on tablets and the original version was even giving my laptop fits.

I've never seen mega archives of the other letters.

I've downloaded most/all of the torrents in the past. There's a ton of crap mixed in with some good stuff. But honestly, most of the good stuff is easily available on other troves.

Since the torrents are old they have a lot of 90s era games that have been totally forgotten because.....they're forgettable. Just like most of the crop of current hotness will pass into oblivion in a few years.

Unless you're looking for something specific I wouldn't bother.

I went through the trouble of downloading that years ago and most of it is outdated by newer OEM files now. There were a lot of free RPG files in it, too. For its time, it was a cool resource.

Da Archive has most of what was there now and better quality scans or OEM in most cases.

It was a pain to download, even then. I only had DSL. You are much better off dealing with current sources unless there is some magical file you needed there.

Filesharers were much coller then and I had most of it before the torrent was finished or even before.
