Obviously you should be wary of anyone that even the Orks recognize as backstabbers and shifty, but they are heavily inspired by human military forces

The only way to fix Orks is to give them raving cock viruses that give massive buffalo cocks to them, thus turning them fully British as they WAAGH colonoize everything, muckin about, getting drunk on Squig grade pints and avin a bit of pinch n squeal along the way.
