Okay /tg/, I'm kind of a D&D noob. I've DMed low-level campaigns several times but it hasn't gone all that well. Now we're holding a special session on Friday for a friend and we decided he'll be DMing for a one-shot.
Dude is absolutely bonkers, I'm fairly sure he has brain damage from all the weed and alcohol and hard drugs he does. He decided he wants to do a level 20 campaign, epic levels, homebrewing, optional rules, we can do whatever we want. We create our own characters however we want.
It's going to be an absolute mess but the point is to have as much fun as possible since it's very likely we won't ever see the DM again.
Now, here is where you come in: this is my first time playing a character instead of DMing, and after much consideration I have decided I want to play an all-out, fedora-wearing, oversized katana-wielding edgelord. Pic very much related.
I want my combat to be something along the lines of "I throw my katana in the air, jump up high, start teleporting around my enemy and punching and kicking him mid-air, and then when the katana falls back to the ground I teleport on top of it and stay perched there".
Kind alike this, but with more edgyness to it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eMTLHpdUKe0
I want to know what the optimal build for this kind of edgyness is. I'm thinking about multiclassing, going part monk, part rogue and part fighter but I'm not sure what to do about the teleportation.
Of course, any other suggestions for play style are very much welcome.

assuming 5E the Warlock pact where you sell your soul to a magic sentient blade is probably the best option for you

If you cant do full blown teleportation monks can get some crazy speed buffs
