The Dark Eye, sort of. Health and mana come back very slowly, so you really want the small bonuses provided by habing good food, lodging, and medical care. All the monster stats include how many rations of food you can get from butchering them and the quality of the meat (even if it's completely inedible, because maybe someone's not so choosy.)
