It's not just a question about who beats who, anon. It's about their deeds. Marneus SURVIVED a Tyranid hive that basically fell on him. Logan subdues and controls a Khornate axe on a daily basis. Dante managed to be Chapter Master for a thousand years without dying in a job where "retirement" is "death". These three puts other chapter masters to shame, that's why they are the three exemplary chapter masters of the Imperium.

Even among the Primarchs there were clear differences in duelling potential. I'd argue that stripped of his artificer armor and iron halo he would have trouble dealing with some of the better chapter champions let alone the heavier hitters among the Chapter masters.

In fact, if they would fight naked Dante would win for the simple reason that when stripped bare, all you have is your knowledge and experience, and Dante is unrivaled at that. Besides, he's probably way too seasoned to not cheat. He'll probably snipe the enemy from afar or poison their food/tamper their weapons before the duel.

As much as I hate parrotting other anons, but those are tame examples for chapter masters. Marneus has his primarch's own power fists. Logan has a tamed Khornate axe and Dante has relic power axe. Hell, even Logan's own champion, Arjac, has the 40k equivalent of Mjolnir. Relic equipment is standard for a chapter master. You don't get to be the big boss without the bling bling.
