Pokemon ghost types are not in fact real ghosts as they are capable of breeding.

Rather "ghosts" are semi-corporeal creatures with physical structures are much less dense. They require a strong EM field to keep their cells from dissipating, fading away if their field becomes to negatively or positively charged.

Anon, there are easier ways to make everyone in GATE suffer a slow and prolonged death. But if you really have to do it this way, I don't see why resurrection magic wouldn't work on the Entities. Just make sure to use a sort that doesn't require you to have all the pieces of the person you're ressurecting, or else it's going to be hard to put her back together. It would be nice if some of his more head canon heavy jumps could be replaced, he gave permission before he left, but there is minimal chance anyone actually do so (well other than a few low quality shitpost attempts).

Would it be reasonable to expect that there would be alternate versions of yourself/your jumper in them as well? Xanadu is a book whereupon the user can open and think about "plausible" things that can happen, such as an old man having a heart attack and dying (to take a page from Death Note), someone tripping and falling down the stairs, ect ect. When the user thinks this, the writing begins to appear on the book's pages. When the writing is finished, the stuff happens. If the user does not think that what can happen is "plausible", then it doesn't happen.

Also the user can write anything in it and they will never forget it unless they intentionally rip out the page. Good for diaries!

It's one weakness is that since it's a book that doesn't do shit like float it can't be used as a weapon unless the user physically throws it at a stand. But it doesn't hurt the stand.

Not technically intended to be a bioweapon, but probably would end up as the equivalent of one. I found a loophole to that one drawback for Discworld where you end up with the Great Spell in your head. My plan was to have my companions/followers set up a ritual to give the spell a sustainable body of its own; since the spell's goal is to be cast as much as possible and being a living, active spell with freedom of mobility would kind of fulfill that end, I think that the spell would cooperate.

Of course, as people pointed out to me, this means that I have basically given free sentience and agency to one of eight spells used to create the world, meaning that things are likely going to go bonkers. Especially when you consider that the freed spell, enjoying its new body so much, might want to use the same ritual to free all of its "siblings."

Over half the time I'm messing with bioweapons, it's to find a way to kill it (like making a virus to know how to cure it before someone else makes the virus). When using them, I tend to make simple parasites or viruses that kill of single species (like mosquitoes).
My only big project is an ongoing one to build a magicbiotek parasite-virus-mold to take control of DC's Doomsday.
While there are multiple reasons for why I'm doing this, the top one is to make him a super hero who is an utmost gentlemen with a British accent.
Needless to say, this is not an easy goal. So in preparation I've mostly just been grabbing every type of disease, virus, parasite, whatever and blending them together, recording the results, and then starting all over again with different variables/organisms.
So far my only major success was a parasite that turned a Xenomorph subject into a butler that likes to bake cookies and loves headpats.

As for what it gives you exactly, that's kind of variable based on what alien realm your jumper ends up in. The listed examples are more of a way to give you ideas of what advantages it /could/ give you rather than being a set list.

For example, a /digimon/ going into the Human world with this perk might find that their nature as an alien life form pretty much makes them immune to all sorts of diseases and poisons in our world; in addition to being /much/ faster and having far batter reflexes since they're "used to things moving faster" in their world.

In the same vein if you are a Human than the benefit Localization Glitch would give you is already represented by the Adaptation Differences.

On the other hand, if you're a Digimon in the Digital World; then the perk won't give you any immediate advantages since you're already in your "home world"

If you stick to mechanaloids, sure. Those are the machines that are given no higher thought process and are little more than glorified tools or cannons by canon. Robot Masters in Megaman Classic are generally portrayed as capable of complex thought, but are bound by programming. Anything later, like the X or Zero games, portray reploids as fully sapient and a big to-do is made about how they and humans both strive for equality.

It's appeal is that it's a fun power fantasy. Hell if you want to think about it then it's basically the appeal of Jumpchain for a lot of people in miniature. Outside context problem comes out of nowhere and is singlehandedly able to upset the entire setting due to outmatching it so badly.

It's not an intricate or deep story, but if you just want some fun escapism Overlord is pretty good at that. Though the material we've gotten over what kind of world Momonga originally came from adds a lot of fridge horror. He was basically living in one of the worst imaginable cyberpunk dystopia's until he got drug into the canon story.

Honestly it's the best thing that could have happened to him, slippery morality and issues aside.

Not really. Leaving something in a Territory might result in it being absorbed, but you'd have to basically hold the Territory's hips the entire time if it doesn't perfectly align with its themes, IIRC. Unless you bought a custom Territory with the option that makes it really good at absorbing stuff, in which case yes you can probably just leave shit lying around. That is a feature, not a bug.

That's still in the works. I've been a little unsure how to handle the rose requirement for humans, since it is right now a mandatory perk that is somewhat like a drawback within the constraints of the jump. Not to mention what to do with the perks I had in mind for an "Artist" background. I've though of making those into a third background for Drop-In (with the current Drop-In switching to a native human), but I'm not sure, since it brings up the question of how they're inside the painted world without having a rose or being a painting.

Not to mention that the feel of the jump would work well for a gauntlet, but there doesn't seem to be a sufficient reward to make up for the trials of the challenge.

So I've sort of set my draft on hold for the moment while I've worked on other jumps. I plan to come back to it at some point, though, as I really like the idea of the jump and have a decent draft set.

So after finally finishing Noxian Nights I feel like jumping League of Legends. Anyone have any advice?

Neither are the most elegant of solutions, but two suggestions for the rose.

One is letting you "untether" the rose from you. You don't get any of the benefits it gave, but you won't be hurt if the rose is damaged. It'd still play a large part in the jump, since not having the rose active in the Fabricated World would be... a poor choice, for obvious reasons.

The other is letting it benefit from enhanced durability/vitality, if the Jumper has such a thing. Logic behind that being that the rose works by holding your life force, so if yours is supernaturally great, it could strengthen its new container.
