Alright, if you want a canon response (and there is no way to know this just based on the information in the CYOA, but there wouldn't be anyway to know in real life either, would there?) then its this:

The Emissary is entirely capable of helping you escape back to the hidden elven city; on arrival you are pampered, bathed by elf maids and taken to a fine meal with many elven nobles and the Emissary herself. Eating the meal knocks you out (and similar feed is provided for your mount) and you are both subjected to painful experiments to see how the bond works and see if it can be replicated. They take great care to keep you alive as a valuable resource though, and your prison is actually quite well furnished. But yeah, you spend the rest of your life on a magical sciences experiment bench pretty much.

Elves and their experiment are incidentally a large part of why the world is overrun with demons now.

Going there with a dragon plays out differently because, as >>53988711 said they're willing to pimp out the Emissary to keep a dragon rider on board; they still WANT to experiment on you, but they feel its not worth the loss of your power on their side, and they're not confident in their ability to contain the dragon without killing it outright, which would be a waste.

For what its worth, the Emissary is cool with this; she gets a pretty big prestige boost for bringing a dragon rider into the elven fold and you can have a long life based on sex and mutual power, hell even affection in time.

Tough question. There are two Worm ones that are god tier. The second version Newsflash: You Died is strangely mesmerizing. I've sunk a truly disturbing amount of time into Enchanted Rings, though I suspect my goals are a bit different from most players. The Super Soldier CYOA is extremely solid. Serene Serendipity is probably the comfiest in its genre and always a good time, while AR is its equal and opposite /d/ cousin. Pervy Superhero is really good if that's your thing. Altering History is a solid classic for a reason, though I never get around to doing the DLC. Space Refugee is another best in class. Not sure why, but I have a huge soft spot for Nemesis. Gifted is easily best in genre--though it's a surprisingly empty genre. The Marvel Cinematic Jumpchain, weirdly enough, actually stands on its own. I say this as someone who falls asleep to every other Jumpchain out there and thinks they'd all be better off as independent CYOAs. Rapture Academy is another best in class.

I'm probably forgetting one or two, but I whimsically go back and forth between the above for my favorite.

My Djinn is a Patron Haint of Nukes who tried to destroy toky- I mean the world but was stopped and forced to serve as a Genie. She'd rather be incinerating a city or two but for now she's willing to content herself with playing with a fake town inside her vessel while "serving" a master.
I have no idea how I will keep things subtle whem my Djinn is the size of a skyscraper. I may just keep her inside the vessel and just in to ask for advices and bonding.
After a year, a regal looking giant Juno will attack us and an epic fight will ensue (in Japan). Hopefully my Djinn's own power and the little help I can provide with the influence I gained thanks her will be able to defeat her. In such case, my Djinn will become able to reduce her size and will finally warm up to me. (5 points: Mini, Loving Heart, Lusty Soul, Magical Realm, No Misunderstanding).

Off the top of my head (and perhaps lacking exact names), the Mythological Hero CYOA, the one where you have to make a band of b-list gods to take down a threat, the God-waifu CYOA, choose your Greek benefactors CYOA. Those make direction mention of specific gods.

Others, like Magical Girl and Altered History (especially with DLC), integrate gods into the mechanics, but not specific gods by name.

Barefoot and headlights are both cute options for a small and cute girl. The leash could be too but I think it's a bit excessive so instead I'll go for flexible, which is a good thing to be in general.

Modern outfit is pretty necessary if I'm going to take her outside, since I live in a modern world. Glorified jewelry seems pretty. I guess traditional garb for the final one.

Housewife skills are the most important for daily life. Ruler skills help out where I'm not that great, and will make her an excellent agent on my behalf. Life of the Party kind of goes with that.

Magic Medium and Pocket Dimension are mandated by earlier choices, as is the magical girl level of power.

Loving Heart came free already. Magical Realm seems like a given.
Trend setter seems fun, I can have her do more or less anything and it'll become popular.
Djinn-ja seems useful, although I don't quite know how yet. No misunderstandings is sort of baseline. Minor shapeshift opens up some options.

The Emerald Shard is the obvious choice if you want a continuation of the old world. It provides no inherent physical or mental improvements, but it enables comfortable mortal luxury.

The Black Sun probably grants the most destructive power, possibly enough to scorch life off entire planets in mere moments. Gravity and plasma jets could easily propel you to 99%+ the speed of light, but actually finding inhabited planets is the problem. This is a good choice for those who want raw power I suppose, but it would be far better with greater control and sensitivity to gravity - that would let you find planets.

From Spirits Beyond is... basically a worse Emerald Shard. It would be unique if it let you see ghosts from all (intelligent) species. Imagine running around the universe and bringing peace to the dead, building a bigger and bigger space faring Necropolis.

Rebirth heals mental illnesses, expands the mind beyond physical boundaries, and enables true shapeshifting. Even without the ability to create life, those are great abilities.

The Void Promise eventually gives the strongest magic. Whether that is worth the price of damning souls is questionable, but doesn't make it a bad option.

Lighted By The Aurora, as mentioned by >>53994047 and >>53994148, is pretty good. The only downside is spending your mortal life alone and in a desolate wasteland.

Truth In The Ruins grants ultimate power and knowledge in exchange for your humanity. My personal choice.

I disagree, they're all pretty boss; Shard offers the quickest convenient living but none of the potential phenomenal cosmic powers or esoteric stuff the others boast. Personally I love how metal the Black Sun is, maybe a few hundred alien civs later I could use my mastery of solar energy and alien tech to start pulling a Zion by turning into a nuclear cyborg
