What RPGs out there where you can play as a doll / manaquin?

I think you can do it in Pathfinder. It has some doll monster than can take character classes.

Literally any generic pointbuy system with anything approaching flexible rules. I could make a creepy fetish doll in GURPS in 30 seconds.

FATE too.

It's all about what the setting and GM will allow.

There's also Engine Heart, where you play as a sentient robot in a post-human world (but not a humanoid 'droid, more like a Roomba or a forklift).

You could try One Roll Engine, build a template for being a doll, and let players use that.

Puppetland is the most obvious, but Promethean: The Created might also fit.
