What's an interesting futuristic ultraviolent blood sport for my GURPS campaign?

Uplifted foxhunting. The foxes know exactly what's going to happen to them adding that vicious little flair to it. But, Plot Twist! Some foxes have been known tot ry and organise mid-match and wrest guns off the hunters/take the remotes for the cyberbeagles.

Just off the top of my head:

>Teams of young and enterprising engineers built increasingly elaborate killing machines to hunt down and mutilate convicts. Highest score wins, disqualified if a convict kills your bot.

>Rugby but the ball is a bomb

>Demolition derby with hovercraft. Make your own customized vehicle within a set range of weight and go to fucking town.

>Lobotomize animals and implant mind control chips in them, make them fight while people move them around with controllers

>Above concept but with people who couldn't pay their debts.

>9 humans. 1 android. Humans need to figure out who the android is, android is programmed to try and kill all the humans without getting caught. Think reality tv shows like the survival island type shit.

>Motorbike jousting

>Martial arts fights with cyborgs and drugs

>Manhunt but the hunters are the losers from the last game who are chipped to have no control of their bodies. They have a limited amount of seconds they can speak per game, and their goal is to use their voice to keep the hunted alive, like shout "I'M SNEAKING UP BEHIND YOU FOR THE LOVE OF GOD RUN" while doing the aforementioned act. If they successfully use their minutes and don't kill one of the hunted, they go free.

A game of flower arrangement where flowers are mutated man eating monstrosities and you are armed with power clippers and a gardener pattern power armor.

One to arrange the most beautiful bouguet/survive wins.

I spent the first minute in awe of how retarded what I was seeing was, and after that I was very into what was happening. Great music video.

you could safely ape a lot of unreal tournament's stuff, although it's best to use these 'arena' type games if your setting has convenient resurrection/'respawn' technology.
there's the simple stuff like
>(team) deathmatch, scoring points for each kill
>(team) last man standing, where the last left alive is the winner
>capture the flag, scoring points for bringing the other side's flag to your own
>domination, pretty much king of the hill where each second you gain a point for each 'hill' your team controls, usually has three or more hills
and then there's some more interesting/unique stuff
>assault, where an attacking team tries to complete objectives and a defending team stops them. famous and historical battles are often recreated and re-enacted.
>invasion, where everybody fights off captured aliens and monsters for as long as possible
>onslaught, where two teams have to capture sequential control points before they can try to destroy a target in the other team's base. usually has huge maps and lots of vehicles.
>bombing run, two teams compete to deliver their bomb into a goal in the other team's base, pretty much reverse CTF with more explosions, can have only one bomb in the center.
UT has a pretty interesting setting too, to be honest - the tournaments were started by a mining corporation purely as a blood sport using convicts and volunteer miners as a 'bread and circuses' thing, its popularity ballooned, and soon militaries and governments were muscling in on it to test their best soldiers, field-test weapons, and experiment with new robots and powersuits.

They just copied the old Rollerball's plot, didn't they?

Disqualification? The engineering team are either messily executed or thrown into the arena.

Nah, gotta stress the inequality of the classes here. If convict / impoverished player fails, they die. If engineer / rich player fails, they have to go on camera for an embarrassing Post-Gazette interview about why Slaughter - bot's rotating knives failed to properly deploy.

>9 humans. 1 android
*9 cyborgs, 1 android

Makes it harder to superficially weed them out.

Peasant Foxhunt

> Homeless and poor people are offered free housing on private reservations.
> The catch is that a few times each year, hunters on hoverbikes armed with top of the line weapons and equipment are allowed access to the reservation for a week of televised culling.
> Peasants are allowed and expected to defend themselves to make the game sporting, employing vietnam war style guerrilla tactics and traps.
> The most formidable peasant communities become hotspots for hunters looking for a challenge

Hunting human children gene-tweaked to look like foxes.
The hunters are the parents of the children being hunted. One child is taken from their family, and modified for the hunt. The other children have explosive collars fitted. If the parent refuses to kill their child personally, the collars go off.
It's a sport AND it's population control!
