Generally speaking, any human colony in other planet would divert from earth pretty quickly, especially if isolated. One Earth itself, we have seen this phenomen in action in human adaptation to population living in extreme altitudes. European women always aborted until they began mixing with the natives.

Lower gravity alone causes osteopenia (bone lose). This is dangerous for any pregnancy. This is a strong evolutionary pressure to get rid of that weakness pretty quickly. Until then, ever pregnancy would have to be done by cessaria or take a huge risk.

This is without talking about other changed like more pigmentation to protect oneself for higher level of UV or less pigmentation to get more.

This would play an extreme factor in Martian colonists, but the only likely change we'd see for a Venusian would be slightly darker skin and a higher tolerance for heat if their habitats have lots areas for sunlight to get in and broken air conditioning. Then again 0.9g might not be enough as well, but in that case the Martian gravity would be significantly worse.

Earth gets totally fucked up for reasons, large amounts of rich people leave to start over with automated work force and take large amounts of the smart/skilled people with them. Earth's infrastructure collapses.

Earth is a decadent planet of consumers and bankers that produces nothing. The Moon is its only claim to dominance over space, a pretty good one, but its only one nonetheless.
