The only way to ever benefit from performance is to be a bard, and thoat only because it'll take over for two different skills that aren't as useless.
Craft is shit unless your DM gives you stupid amounts of downtime, because otherwise you just take spellcraft on whoever the token casterfuck is.

I think perform (dance) is a requisite for a few feats and maybe a prestige? You still don't take it for the skill itself, but for what it lets you into.

Bards usually have decent Dex, so Acrobatics is usually something to put ranks into. Fly might be worth it, but I'm not sure I'd grab it over just finding a way to make it a trained skill with a trait.

Realistically though, I mean it's a skeleton. It's a fodder mob. Free XP. Even if it's like, probably CR 2 or 3 or something, the party are level 4 gestalts. Your character would have to jump in and say NONONO DON'T KILL immediately unless she wants her precious skeleton to get one-turned before she gets her turn in initiative. I just don't get why people think they can play openly practicing Necromancers and think it won't come with some serious consequences in the fluff. It's setting. You can change it all around if you ever so will to. Figures, you actually have the power in roleplaying games. You don't need to be right in your argument, you only need to make a compelling one so that it's legit if you use it as canon.

That's how I handle morality in my games.

Players sometimes use solutions that I disagree with, but they're still -solutions- and so I rule that they did their job, which is, coming up with solutions, and so, they get rewarded and story turns out in their favour. There are some consequences but globally they are treated as side effects, and not failure. I do it when they take solutions I politically agree with too.

Control Undead is not Evil unless you use it to actually do evil, but Create, Raise, and Summon Undead are Evil spells because you're creating undead. The act of raising undead is Evil; the act of thereafter using undead is not necessarily Evil. It just so happens that most necromancers tend to be overall Evil or otherwise fucking insane, since it takes a certain kind of mindset to so prolifically create and use the dead. Also, inless you are an Outsider made of elemental alignment or else mindless, it is theoretically possible to have any alignment; it's simply the case that certain types tend towards certain alignments, often overwhelmingly.
