Yeah, that's deep autism. I've dealt with it before with a similar circumstance. I didn't back down though and when he started getting passive aggressive I picked an outright argument with him that ended with him shrieking at the top of his lungs until the GM threw a cup of water in his face. He realized he had just tarded out about it and corrected his behavior. It wasn't a problem after that. They can do that though, correct their behavior about something, but they need to understand that they are in fact being retarded about it, and you can't really tell them, they have to figure it out on their own.

If anybody told me they wanted to play a Khajiit I'd assume they'd be really annoying (in game) until they drop the 1-dimensional character they've made. That's just from my experience though.
