Would you do weekly blood transfusions for the rest of your life if it meant getting better at your favourite game?

No, I am already ahead of the curve of others when I enter a new game.
I just don't have the boring dedication needed to play the same game for too long. Who can put in over a hundred hours in tf2? No idea.

I really enjoy giving people HIV. Does that count?

The game of PUA

If it meant I was better at Dwarf Fortress? Yes I would

Of course, you get a free sandwich afterwards.

I already get weekly blood transfusions, feels great to help people. I'd be down for that.

I cheat. I go to donate, get rejected, but they still give me the sandwich.

End yourself.
I have nobody to play with, so no....

I'd do blood transfusions for the rest of my life just for the good it does, if I weren't such a huge puss about needles.
i'm giving plasma twice a week because i enjoy getting paid $280 a month.
i suppose i could spend that money getting better at games but i usually seem to spend it on food (yes, including sandwiches)

This depends entirely on how skilled the technician doing the transfusion is. When I went for surgery, the techs at the hospital needed three fucking attempts to get the IV in the vein.
And I hate needles to begin with, so that was doubly horrible.
But, you give me a good technician, and I'm fine.
