Well she'd regress into a younger version of herself but probably still have the burn scars. She was already feeling inadequate already since all she can do is heal and not deal much damage to help out in a fight since I rolled mainly 12 or lower on the majority of my stats for her.

She'd probably break down and cry then try and get a hug from her friend Isabel. Something similar was mentioned during our campaign.

That would depend on the setting. If your setting allows little girls to be physically as powerful as fully grown ups, then nothing changes ability scores-wise.

If your setting is a more realistic one, then your little girl would be an actual little girl.

The body change would definitely cure all disabilities, but I'll let you decide whether that extends to diseases and poisons too.

Friend of mine runs a Virtual World Blender campaign, decided Gundam Breaker 3 would be a good fit. Last character i played was an Imperial Law Enforcement Droid from Edge of the Empire.

So this 7ft fucking metal monster of a Riot Cop is now a robotic loli who's immediate reaction to someone breaking the law is to break their knees with a Truncheon, put them in cuffs, sling them over her shoulder, and literally drag them to a police station or military base.

Physically speaking, it is mostly an improvement. But likely she'll use her transformation magic to become something else.

Brilliant, nobody would expect a little girl to secretly be a fully trained priest of the god of thieves. I also have etiquette to ignore the malus on social interactions, and I doubt the social standing of a cute little girl is much worse than being a scummy lower class quack. It might actually be a step up. On top of that, I don't do much fighting anyway, and even a filthy bandit would be unlikely to focus a little girl in a battle situation, so neither the loss of strength nor the loss of HP would really hurt me. So in short, I would basically be doing the same stuff, just that I'm even more likely to get away with it.

In retrospect, I could've just rolled a little girl character to begin with.

Well, she'd probably have more of an air of dignity to her than when she was a 49-year old Bellense nobleman, and would dress and carry herself as any proper young lady would.
She'd probably also be the youngest guest lecturer in the Great University at Du'lucart.
Her workshop, enchanting lab, surgical suite, and armor would need to be resized, though the smaller hands might make certain operations easier to perform.
Her Sheele and Spellcasting abilities would be unchanged, thankfully, so no loss of combat capabilities.
She'd also probably give the Warrior Summoner shit for not acting like a proper lady, or wind up being picked on by said WarSum.
The Mentalist would probably freak out for like two minutes, then shrug and go back to dreaming of kitsune.
Biggest change would probably be her relationship with a certain female Gaira Dragon, possibly resulting in more borderline lewd bullying during magic/occult training lessons than before, if the dragon turns out to have a secret /ll/ fetish. Upside, she and the WarSum would have "being in lesbians with dragons" in common.

As her physical abilities would stay low, she'd train to become the ultimate trickster, thief and manipulator.

And before you think "why wouldn't she just become a mage then", this was shadowrun, and she turned out to be a physical adept instead of a full-fledged mage.

She could train to lessen the effects of her frail physique, but instead of making her flaws matter less she would have decided to focus on her strengths instead. Small size, hard to notice, hard to hit, almost invisible in social interactions and the last person to be suspected of anything, She also would also possibly have picked up some body morph powers (facial sculpt, body sculpt, voice control, maybe keratin- and melanin control) to make herself appear like a dwarf for when she wants to be taken seriously.

Shame I never got around to play the character, because I think it would have been fun.

Combat-wise, he can't use his bardiche anymore so that's a bummer, but he can still go full spellcaster so it's fine.

Altering herself back to her original male form, and continuing on with his life (It honestly wouldn't take that long)

Or the alternative, proceeding to not care, because she can still kill people with her mind and perform all of her magic with the same efficiency.

tl;dr, either transforms self back, due to being a powerful spellcaster, or continues to be a powerful spellcaster regardless of physical form.
