Even looking at those two, who are admittedly the best for compare since they are almost touching bases, the difference is like a quarter of the head more for the nu, maybe. On top of that, what are you going to do with all the old character models, chapter specific units, chapter upgrade kits, etc. etc. etc. You would invalidate thousands of dollars of perfectly good molds over night. If you replace the helmets with the classic and remove the hip armor i think you wont even notice the pauldron size difference.
