Okay, so this depends on which animal they borrow designs from for their junk.

Crocodiles, Alligators, larger older (genetically) reptiles from the time of the dinosaurs have a vertical slit that houses a single penis with their anus just below it inside the same slit like pic related.

However, lizardmen are not based on one animal, they're based on a ton of shit and borrow their leg designs from theropod dinosaurs, and we have no idea what that looks like as no soft tissue has ever survived as far as genitals are concerned. However, larger birds like ostriches and cassowaries (who are effectively living dinosaurs) also have a single penis and their anus housed in a round hole in the back.

One last think. They are lizard MEN. They have HUMAN hip structure and posture. Players who have both games will be given access to a campaign that combines both maps, but due to the size the regions will be less detailed. He jumped for the Lizards and the rocks were in view the whole time. So, it ain't Be'lakor because he would have phased through them. Also that amount of damage wouldn't have killed Be'lakor, Dude is built like a tank.

Only Incarnate level enemies could harm Be'lakor at the moment of the timeline and at the point Be'lakor was banished by Archaon into the Warp so that's another point of him not being there.

Each spawning is different so you can come up with some important spawnings, worshipping a specific old one, guarding a specific relic, looking for a specific point in the geomantic web.
Slann are all a bit weird in the head and they tend to get strange obsessions.

We had one slann in the temple of the serpent book who was obsessed with math. Then in the older lore there was one obsessed with finding out how warm bloods procreate.

You can also define them through their enemies. Maybe your warhost was sent to retrieve something that was stolen by the ogres and eventually got considered to be some heroic dragon warriors beating back the ogres by cathayans.
Maybe they teleported directly into altdorf only to bring back a single coin.

Your skinks are probably the easiest to characterize as they are pretty much like humans.

Saurus can be hard, but you can define the evolution of your Oldblood from a pure killing machine into something more.
Maybe gaining a sliver of awareness of his position in the great plan.
Maybe learning to harness one of the sacred relics he had uncovered.

Remember that Lizardmen tend to do unconventional stuff when one of the slann thinks theres a point in doing so.

You could play a Slanns bodyguard who attempt to recreate a Lizardmen city somewhere in the oldworld because unbeknowst to anyone else there, some leylines cross and this is a real important site for the great plan, according to this on fat toad anyway.
