Covert Ops is still supported. After that you have the old autistic classics like Phoenix Command or Merc 2000.

Weird Wars for Savage Worlds might be up your alley. They even have a Vietnam supplement! All you have to do is strip out the supernatural elements and you should be good to go.

Only War is loads of fun. My buds and I have had crazy times with it.

It also can work for non-40k, you just to figure out what weapons would be equivalent, maybe tweak some stats here and there, remove the psykers and xenos, and you're good to go.
