Funnily Enough, Scrounging Bandar is really nice in foil. Also, Predator's Rapport looks great. These two have a yellowish background originally so it must be why these two look good. Pia's Revolution looks pretty great in foil too.

Black is actually the best color in magic.
The only thing they don't get is artifact/enchantment removal, but you've got access to Abrupt Decay, so w/ever
