The sword really doesn't have any magic of its own, it has just been chopping through so many magical foes that it's been imbued with a bit of magical energy that allows it to harm enemies that otherwise would be impervious to physical attacks.
It's never shown any sort of life of its own. The Berserker Armor has its own magic, that drives him towards insanity, but even then, the dog demon was a part of Guts before he got the armor.

Some holders have convinced her to cast the magic herself, saving them time and effort and allowing for slightly more powerful effects, but it is said she has not done this for over a century, and furthermore it is said she intentionally limits the magick bestowed on her holders. The holders have varied in temperament, ranging from genocidal would-be rulers (who always seem to fall short of acquiring a kingdom), to eccentrics who have kept her as a trophy, to wise and humble kings and dukes who have attempted to make her imprisonment happier but refused to release her in fear of what revenge she might take on the kings, fortresses, and kingdoms that have kept her imprisoned. The glass of the bottle can only be broken by elemental magic greater than that of the faerie inside it, which some holders have had access to at one point or another.

Will of the Queen: Once a day, you can Raise a number of corpses as Wraiths equal to 1/2 your level.

Curse of The Forgotten: Once a day(and and at time of being worn) the player must succeed a DC 5 roll vs con mod. If failed, the player dies instantly, and his corpse spawns a Wraith hostile to anything surrounding it.

A seemingly regular revolver, that can be loaded with vials of sulphur and bat poop, sand and rose petals and other combination of materials. When fired (cock hits the vial in drum), launches the vial as projectile. When the projectile hits, it casts the spell that uses said materials on the first object it hits, regardless of the target is valid.
In case when there are multiple spells that use same combination of materials, choose one randomly with your methods.

The Minotaur.
An enchanted horned helmet. Finding it will give you a compulsion to put it on. Putting it on will give you an extremely strong compulsion to keep it on and to fight crime. The helmet will make you disregard any pain and physical or mental discomfort. When wearing it, your body will perform at its peak strength and agility.
The compulsion and unforgiving physical regimen the helmet makes you endure will quickly wear your body down. You will stop sleeping, eating and even drinking, since that interferes with you mission to smite evil. If you will not die from battle wounds, you will last about four days on average, getting progressively weaker and more prone to failure. You can survive if someone manages to take the helmet off of you, but you will feel compulsion to take it back.
After you die, the helmet mysteriously dissappears, only to be found by someone else. The helmet is nearly indestructible and will protect you from slashing and piercing damage. You can however still get a debilitating or deadly concussion from a strong blow.
