Kharadron Frigate averages a whopping 3 damage of shooting per turn for 280 points by itself.

A Frigate uses its mobility to drop 10 Aethercannon Thunderers and and a Khemist, they all shoot at a target 9" away for 22 damage that turn for 580 points.
This seems to be its intended use.

It's strong for Nurgle but it's not going to compete with the top lists from new battletome books IMHO.

It's probably because it's all a bit skewed until most factions have allegiance abilities and battalions ect.

Your best bet is just to playtest and playtest v good lists, you'll figure out what you need. Daemon Prince's are fucking cool though so style points there. What models do you use?

here is my theory about GW and the Dark Prince. From the novels I've read Age of Chaos reduced the Age of Myths into the fucking bronze ages or worse since everybody are living in tribes and any kind of weaponry above sharp sticks and stones is either granted by chaos, coveted by death and destruction alliances or stashed since the age of myth.

Now few centuries have passed as the quote on quote age of Sigmar and the big S has built some sort of civilization across all 7 realms thus the stir within our sky stunties.

Slanesh couldn't basicly thrive on corruption during the age of chaos. Every kingdom was either undivided or split between the original three not leaving enough room for slaneesh to weasel in.

Im hoping we will soon see the return of our dark lord/lady

What do you guys make of my army list

It's not designed to be super competitive, but fun and fluffy. I needed 2.5k pts for all the heros.

Backstory is multiple Chaos Lords of Khorne are all seeking to become Daemon Princes and out do one another in the name of the Blood Good. I like to imagine the Daemon Princes as a once royal family of Northmen and the three Chaos Lords as Brothers each with an individual style trying to best the other.

Hello aosg, i saw our 40k getting sigmared and buddies tell me to give a chance so i want to know is any army similar to Genestealers cult or grey knights?

KO shouldn't fear skyfires, a 40x company can take 28 casualties and still shoot them back with all 24 skyhooks. You need 1600 points of skyfires to wipe a 480 point unit in one turn.

Point for point you can get 9 skyfires per 40 dwarf company. Since they have the same range the skyfires shoot them for 10 damage, the dwarf player save 1 or 2 shots and removes 6-8 pistols and you accomplish essentially nothing. He shoots you back and kills 4 Skyfires.

You can shoot the Khemist but he'll probably be out of range or los'd behind terrain, or their own unit, or maybe a hurricanum.

They can get at thunderers though with their high speed, that's why they are probably a worse choice. They are however more efficient for pure shooting.

I really like how the black spots turned out. Should I cover the skin with Agrax or would that make the skin too dark?

So, just something I realized that may cheer up every Death Player: With Skeletons getting a rebot, along with ShadowSpire skeles, I feel as if a Deathrattle Battletomb may be in the works ala Blades of Khorne. If so, what will we have in the army? And what special rules will we get?

I would say DeathRattle is most likely, since it has all the proper troops, along with GW being awfully quiet about the reboxing.
