Improvised weapons are usually blunt damage unless they're sharp or pointy. You can sneak attack with any melee weapon. If you transmute your flesh to stone you stop changing size.

Think simpler: breasts count as unarmed damage. Unarmed attacks can theoretically be made with any part of the body. Usually we restrict ourselves to hands, feet, elbows and headbutts but by RAW there's no reason why butts or breasts shouldn't count. Hell, skilled male monks may even choose to resort to dickwhips and sackflails to subdue their enemies.

You do realise there are separate divisions for men and women right? Also I've done grappling(Wrestling, Judo) and boxing with people who are smaller than I am, both men and women. You quickly learn that they've had a large amount of training and experience in dealing with larger dudes so my size and/or strength advantage counted for diddly squat in sparring when I was never allowed to be in a position to take advantage of it because at the time I was that untrained tall man. Anecdotal evidence sure but that's all I got.

Bear in mind also Karate as a discipline has quite a large number of locks, holds, grappling and throws of which many can be done easier from a lower profile and with very little force required.

well, most martial arts (especially karate) are designed for a small light, relatively weak person to take out a larger, heavier and stronger person. I know from my personal experiences in learning karate. I'm quite a big guy, so a lot of techniques I cannot use on most people, as it requires them being higher up. On the bright side, they can't do some stuff, nor can they generally hurt me if I move around a bit, also outrange and outmaneuver, but a black belt can easily move forward.
Then you can't hit them or block easily, and they are in optimum range.

Most conventional normal sizes you would expect to see would not be satisfactory.
What you would need is at least Hitomi Tanaka grade breasts to have a notable effect at all (so you have enough volume to extend out in a large enough radius to strike with sufficient force to be registered as not a brush but a hit)
However, once the breasts of the character progress past head sized, they will become unwieldy, and will inhibit refined motion. (mass of this size acts with this velocity on a mass with this size and velocity=changed overall velocity) This could be compensated for, or not impact fighting style (eg, polearm/big axe/warhammer), but it would still be rare for a fit combatant to possess such large breasts naturally (prevents actions, may damage body, body makes them smaller as a result). What is more feasible is combat implants, where the weight is increased, keeping the volume relatively smaller, and the connecter tissues are strengthened. This should prevent much unwieldiness and allow for more control, lower bodily maintenance requirements, increase stamina drastically, and allow for much more versatility in everyday life.

Well, obviously you could not naturally develop the components required to fire machine gun rounds.
Pretty much, the problems are threefold.
1, successfully implanting the gun.
Essentially, you would have to redesign the gun barrel and ammo storage to be as compact as possible, whilst then surrounding it in a substance to keep actual tissue off the mechanical parts.
Then you would need to produce a suitable aperture to fire the bullet through. Nipples would probably be the logical solution, but would also require artificial reenforcement to prevent collapse and the subsequent pain.

The second point is maintenance, like how to then remove the castings to prevent clogging.
You could potentially cycle them back to the ammo storage on a belt, but it could cause possible jams with a belt, and reloading would be impossible.

It definitely makes sense that the size of the objects that a character can store in her cleavage would be directly proportional to the amount of cleavage that character can bring to bear. Although, I do think that a character possessing a larger chest ought to have a larger carrying capacity as well.

Such a character could secret her party's weapons into secure locations, smuggle contraband goods through inspections, or potentially disarm opponents. If the character were absurdly over-endowed, she could even hide other people like you say.

So this got me thinking. Someone up thread a bit mentioned using things like potions and the like to increase Breast size the same way other classes buy weapons.
What if the Breast Monks enchantments were limited by encumbrance? Each bonus you put on your breasts adds "weight" to them, though not all "weight" increases damage according to >>52789172. For example, you can have 20lbs of "normal" breasts that do bludgeoning damage and 10"lbs" of holy damage added on, for a total of 1d6+1d4 (after halfing for softness), and it would count as having a 30lb chest.

I only cross Level 1 when it's a character that *kinda* makes sense for having a massive bust; particularly lovely Paladins, or Mages for example.

Even then, Level 2 is the furthest I'd go for any sort of Martial and Level 3 is the absolute maximum I'd be willing to believe a Mage can have, and even then it better be a Mage that *owns* those tits, like a lusty hedgewitch with a sharp tongue and sharper wit.

It's not translated, but the anime, which is translated, is better anyway, because the author of the manga starts taking it way too seriously halfway through, causing it to go from stupid, sexy, fun, to just stupid. The only real thing the manga could be said to have over the anime is that the main character has a bigger max breast size in the manga.
