The edge is strong on that picture, so true neutral necromancer, obviously.
>>52526232
That's a massive party, hope he's up to the task.
How straightfaced do you want to play this? The image you have there suggests something of the edgier sort, so >>52526285 makes plenty of sense unless you want to play something more against type.
The one reason I might advise staying away from necromancy is that your party is huge and adding more zombies and skeletons could clog up encounters pretty badly. If you do a necromancer avoid animate dead and create undead and just focus on other things.
What level are you playing at?

we're starting at 1 and I don't want to be edgy. Quite the opposite, actually.
>>52526387
and i have more less-edgy and more-edgy tiefling portraits
>>52526232
NG Evoker. The reason is that those are the alignment and school that play beat with others. A NG evoker never has to worry about causing party conflict by being a dick, by having an overly strict moral code, or by causing collateral damage with a fireball.

dude. that was literally my original idea

Then it was a good idea.
have you guys got any other Tiefling Wizard portraits that would be good?
>>52526727
yepp i just checked /tg/ for some sage oldfag advice
>>52526664
I starting thinking the same thing as well. You could use another good character. Evocation is flexible as well.
y'all got any ideas for a backstory?
he got sick of being a male prostitute and decided to become a wizard.
