Yeah, basically what's happening is that your drawing runes with mana and placing them on a specific object, like placing a highly volatile transparent sticker made of juju.

If the object is then broadcast, and the runes read, the runes upon the object explode.

So unfortunately you can't just make them digitally, as you have to physically draw the runes with a finger upon the object. So even if you did it with a drawing program, it would be your monitor or your hard drive which would blow up and not the people halfway across the world who read your explosive shitpost.

I'd say yes, but you'd need to make a specially-enchanted printing press for it. You couldn't just order any old printer to print explosive runes. And your explosive-printer wouldn't be able to print anything except explosive runes.

Nothing. It's not that you draw special runes that are somehow explosive, it's that you charge whatever letters you're writing with magic that makes them explosive.

They're still the same letters that you normally use while writing. You can write the exact same thing twice and only one will be explosive if you only cast the spell on one of them.

It's up to your DM if you can transmit the magic over something like the internet, I'd probably say it takes a different but similar spell, probably a level higher (and if you want it to go off on everyone who reads that post that would be some sort of epic plot magic that takes a lifetime to get ready for).
