Hunter the Vigil as it is actually written. No Vampires, Werewolves, Mages, Changelings or anything like that in the party. Just Hunters doing Hunter things.

Paranoia with a tone somewhere between Classic and Straight.

Shadowrun, but the players actually know a minimal amount about the system and make their own characters.

Deathwatch is one game I dream of running but for some reason everyone thinks you can't RP in that.

I want to run a modern-day dungeon crawl about a party of morbidly obese adventurers in scooters. The entertainment would mostly come from the PCs being horribly inept at stuff that any normal human could do easily, like picking up dropped weapons or turning around to face an approaching monster.

Something, anything in either the World of Synninbarr or SenZar. The former to see how bad it is, the latter because it's great. In both cases it'd validate my having them on my shelf, and playing SenZar would mean I didn't waste my time hunting down two of the authors and trying to conglomerate all the errata and the web content.

As for campaigns:
I'd settle for a D&D campaign where each session isn't squandered on hashing out bullshit details or by laboriously pinballing between the same two or three locations punctuated by semi-random encounters. For the love of god, someone save me from my friends' shitty GMing. I'd GLADLY run something but at the moment the group's schedules are being strangled by what they're currently running.
