What's the best tabletop RPG system for a Power Rangers,

Should I watch Kamen Rider or Super Sentai? If so, where do I start from?

You should watch both. And some Power Rangers series are actually pretty good too.

>Power Rangers RPM has a team of Rangers protecting the sole remaining city amidst an otherwise endless nuclear wasteland from evil AI that have basically already won. Season two involves an amazing prison fight scene.
>Kamen Rider Fourze is basically "what if high school anime were live action and involved lots of explosions," in the best way possible.
>Kamen Rider W is "what if a hardboiled detective died, leaving behind one apprentice who idolizes him and one who's a hyper-intelligent prettyboy... and they merge together to form a crime-fighting superhero?"

I'd recommend any of the above. Can't recommend any Sentai because I haven't watched them yet, but I'm sure they're good too.

>Kamen Rider Gaim starts of as goofy as hell with fruit samurai themed riders, but ends up being one of the darkest and bleakest Riders yet. Its by Gen Urobuchi of Madoka Magica and Fate/Zero fame, so take that as you will.

>Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger is a pirate themed, balls out crazy fun anniversary celebration of the franchise. Avoid the Power Rangers adaptation (Megaforce) like the plague
>Juken Sentai Gekiranger is Sentai does kung fu chop socky drama, and it is AWESOME. Power Rangers Jungle Fury is fairly good, if inconsistent thanks to the writers strike.

Mutants and Masterminds, just actually read the rules and do stuff like limiting powers outside of transformations. Zords should be represented by one one character made by the GM the players have to cooperate to pilot which will be more RP than mechanics
