There is the fan made GURPS Sex book. It includes basic stuff like lewd advantages that actually wouldn't be bad, and full autism things like sex combat and appropriate maneuvers. The core book has sex appeal and erotic art already so I don't see the point outside of it being funny IMO.

As someone who ERP's with groups of friends, we do it because it's fun.

In main sessions, things happened basically the same as a normal RPG with more lewd or erotic elements involved, sometimes played for sexy, other times played for funny or just treated as a part of the world.

Actual written sex scenes are usually reserved for time between sessions, and it's both enjoyably erotic and part of character building. Expressing intimacy between the characters, building relationships as well as cooperating to write enjoyable smut.

We're a group of people who are all comfortable enough with each other to indulge in this, knowing one anothers tastes and how to cater to them, creating both enjoyable RP and pleasant fap/schlick material on the way.

When she inquired about it, she found out that it was actually "Fatal" (I did not know anyone actually played that retarded game unironically) and it was this debauched partner swap sex club. You play magical girls who have FF7-style limitbreaks that are fueled by various lewd things that happen in combat. So while it has combat rape, it's something that builds towards a finisher and over-turn. As well as a game that pushes you towards playing high risk play.

There was one that I've been having difficulty finding called BBSW (Big Breasts, Small Waist) around. IIRC it was even designed as a playable game.

There's also the Blue Magic and Book of Erotic Fantasy supplement for 3.5 D&D. This grows out of two things:
1. In Scandinavia, Role Playing isn't considered a kind of game, but a weird kind of theater: People will go to LARPs as an audience, and write reviews of table top sessions in arts magazines. This has lead to a "Schindler's List of Role Playing Games" phenomena where games are designed around social or political issues to make art. Quite common in electronic format, usually shitty, but Rance series is god tier. Don't really know any TTRPG (aside that weird game) with focus on rape though (erpgs tend to be generalistic), but in campaigns I have been rape tends to happen some times. Fetlife parties are pretty common. I guarantee there's at least two local parties that happen once a month. They're not quite orgies, not quite expositions. The main purpose is for hobbyists and Proffesional bdsm practitioners to show off, get everyone hot and bothered, and for kinky degenerates to fuck and meet, usually in that order.
