Going by 3.5's rules for guards and militia, you can apparently expect one full-time soldier out of every 100 people, and one able-bodied militia member to be raised out of every 20.

If you expand that to account for desperation or the recruiters treating "able-bodied" as "can probably hold a spear and slow down an enemy charge for a split second", Korvosa could conscript maybe twice that number. Plus they also have hellknights, hippogriff-riding marines, etc.

So yeah, normally they'd probably only have a Gargantuan Army, but in an emergency or with the right propaganda could recruit a Colossal one.

If I unchain the Psychic, I'd honestly give it something like the Wilder's Wild Surge (?), Let it use metamagic like a prepared caster (I.e they don't have to take a FULL ROUND ACTION) to do it, and let them pay level adjustment costs from the phrenic pool. Then it'd at least do something different, even if it would probably be a better idea at that point to play a Psion or Wilder. Hell, it isn't even the best at throwing out mind-affecting effects. That belongs to the Sorcerer and Mesmerist I believe

The Psychic's dumb little abilities it spends pool points on, that HAVE TO HAVE TO HAVE to be used alongside another spell, even if it's entirely unrelated to that spell.

For instance, Mindshield. You can spend points to give the target of the spell you staple it to a +2 or +4 on will saves.

So if you want to just give someone a bonus to will saves, you HAVE to slap them with some other spell just to use the Amp.

If you like the split power of oozes than probably alot. Basically you make it so that you can prep your mutagen so that, on command, when you are hit by a piercing or slashing weapon you split into 2 people.

Now, you each have 1/2 your current hp and any finite items one of you uses is taken from your overall inventory and killing both of them kills you but, you get all your gear copied amongst the 2 of you save artifacts and you can at any time dissolve one of them and expose which one is you (your choice as to who).

This has a lot of really cool out of combat implications like say mutagening, splitting, and then using you and your clone to break into a castle from 2 different entry points; using the clone to make distractions, or say faking your death or foiling an assassination attempt by having your would be assassin kill your slimy clone rather than you. Some of this might be a little tricky due to the limited time power of mutagens and the fact that you have a "slimy appearance" but all feel completely plausible with the right skill checks and forethought.

It did not need to be two seasons, it had a fraction of the plot-development per episode making it villain-of-the-week, and most stand users did not need to take up two episodes.

Also the nature of it having multiple characters means there's far less time to focus on any individual one. Jotaro almost never gets to do anything cool, often only getting to Ora people after they've already lost. Joseph gets to do even less and that makes me sad.

What's the weakest though?

It does. Diamond is Unbreackable, Vento Aureo (even if Diavolo is the weakest JoJo villian in terms of character), and Steel Ball Run are amazing, and Jojolion is shaping up nicely so far.

Its just that Stone Ocean was where the series fatigue set in and Araki ran out of ways to keep the story properly together in Stone Ocean, hence why he wrapped it up and reset the universe there to move on to the Alternate universe of SBR. Which worked perfectly, as Steel Ball Run has got to be my favorite part of all
