Pretty much. Good example is that one Imperial inquisitor that's a very close ally to the Harlequins. But because the Harlequins allowed him to enter the Black Library, the Craftworld Eldar see him as an enemy of the state, who must be executed with extreme prejudice. They just cannot understand why the Harlequins would allow some lowly monkey that's probably going to join Chaos eventually to read the Black Library.

The Harlequins have a much wider viewpoint on reality and are much less dogmatic than the Craftworld Eldar.

Corsairs - pirate jetpack eldar who haven't gone full edgelord like the Deldar
Harlequins - laughing circus eldar
Chaos Eldar - very rare, horrifically powerful eldar from the heart of the Old Eldar empire, some of the Chaos Gods most powerful servants

With a little bit of fudging via the new optional rules for playing against Grey Knights (your HQ/Warlord becomes a daemon with a load of buffs), all but the Exodites have some way of playing them with official rules - Corsairs are FW
