Are there any RPGs out there that take place in a modern or post-modern

There's CthulhuTech, but that... is... really... shitty.

And I don't mean 40k hilarious nihilistic kitchen-sink setting campy-as-fuck "shitty", I mean objectively shitty narratively, thematically, mechanically and morally.

Now there's nothing wrong with some fetish shite in a future setting, after all any technology we humans develop will be used for porn, but those kind of kinky shit in an RPG must exist as natural outshoots of the technology within the setting.

CthulhuTech's narrative cohesion bends over all the way until it breaks to accommodate the space elf/furry fetish of the creator.

Gimme a break, CthulhuTech isn't any more edgy or stupid or morally reprehensible than 40K. Just some hipsters on here have a hate-boner for it.

Overall it's a mediocre system with a cool world and some poor writing. That's it.
