Performance Eating is one of their worst little debaucheries, but to name a few.

This anon has it. Just because it's a brain sucking monster (that may also kill them) doesn't matter. The PCs didn't kill any one (presumably), they simply sold them into the service to another.

Maybe slap Entrapment (Which is a crime) on them too, but that's kind of a minor thing.

Oh right, and above all, the pain is above measure for a victim, and they never black out or die at any point in this process, they get to live through every agonising moment of something with enough suction force forcing it's way into their skull as every figment of their biology slowly starts to feel and see, like say, what happens when someone starts smashing the hardware of a computer and the monitor is still on, Eradicatory in every sense.
