Out of the 12 I can think of; each and every single one of them has either been fired, constructively dismissed or sideways promoted into oblivion, coincidentally immediately after they've reproduced. They're losing their most productive years, time when me and my 30 something male mates are getting promotions and getting shit done.

I don't know the fields in which these women work, but there are almost always more workers than there are jobs. If the demand for work will exceed the supply, what's to stop companies from removing these women who clearly are not job-focused (which I have nothing against, having a family is fine and nobody should be live to work) and replacing them with someone who will be less of a hassle? It sounds exactly like the short sighted business world to do so.
