Gluttony or Sloth.

Wrath can be fine in moderation, indeed in times of crises the people will applaud wrath.

Greed and Envy often are not meaningfully indistinguishable from how a feudal lord operated anyway, and can lead the lord to expanding his wealth and territory, which in turn makes the kingdom strong.

Lust has to get pretty damn out of hand for it to meaningfully impact the leader, because being the top of the food chain they are normally free of the consequences of indulging their lust anyway.

Pride is only deadly in combination with stupidity, so it can be moderated by a good leader. Indeed, a man who has no pride can't act as a leader in the first place, because he does not put himself above others.

But Gluttony and Sloth are pure detriment to a leader. A slothful lord is not doing his duties as a lord, and a gluttonous lord is nothing but a parasite to his people. The other sins have second faces that are eeither not so bad or occasionally even useful, but Sloth and Gluttony each make for a terrible lord.

Sloth can be beneficial in ist own way if he delagates tasks. Also a lazy but capable person will find ways to make a traditionally ardous task simpler.
