What's a good rules lite/medium fantasy game that can be run on roll20? Something with a swords and sorcery feel would be nice.

It's rules lite, and full-on Sword and Sorcery. It's what OP asked for to a T.

Super rules light. Here, I'll go over the creation rules with you now.
Divide 4 points between 4 attributes. Strength, Agility, Wits (intelligence), and Appeal (charisma). They all start at 0, but you can reduce one to -1 to get an extra point. Don't go over 3.
Same rules for combat abilities. Initiative, Melee, Ranged, and Defense.
Now divide 4 points between 4 careers. I won't list them all, but there's shit like merchant, barbarian, beggar, slave, courtesan, swords and sorcery type shit. Can't reduce a career to -1, fyi.
Then say what your equipment is. Yeah, no shopping, just say you've got shit. Good rule of thumb is only take what you can carry, but you can throw that out the window if you're feeling cheeky.
And you're done. Now go save damsels with your mighty thews or whatever you wanna do.

Sounds good

Forgot to mention Boons and Flaws. They're goodies and bad shit, respectively. You get 1 free Boon, then have to take a Flaw for each other Boon, up to 3 IIRC. The available shit you can take is based on where you're from in the setting.
