Depends if the waifu is suppose to personify what /tg/ would want in a partner, the spirit of the board, or the people on /tg/.

Not saying that in the latter case she would be a fat neckbeard guy, but if she's meant to personify the people of /tg/ she should be geeky or nerdy, and overtly critical of everything, pointing flaws into most stuff and seldomly liking ideas. Or alternatively, claiming to hate ideas on the surface and only hesitantly admitting enjoying then in private.

A personification of the spirit of the board would be a fantasy character, maybe with scifi traces, since those are by far the most popular tabletop topics. A mandatory wink to 40k but without letting it take over as a theme should be there, and another to magic the gathering. She should hint at board games but again, /tg/ is mostly about tabletop RPGs and lore discussion, so she should most heavily embodied that. And most tabletops rpgs are set in fantasyland, some in scifi, and the minority in other setting types.

and if she's suppose to represent something /tg/ would like to fuck, then yes, we could make her a succubus. I personally dont like them but i recognize the board seem to have a passion for them. It is though, IMO, the boring answer.

Wouldn't it make more sense for the board waifu to be based off an adventuring party, even 40k and MTG revolve arround building armies so having it be multiple people makes sense. As well we get to combine features without making them clash. You divide the features of the waifus into one of the four archetypes of mage, dwarf, fighter, and then you have an extra spot for halflings or a succubus, or goblin, or kobold, or whatever. And you can finish it off with a fat neck beard in a fedora leering behind them.

Fact of the matter is we can't appeal to everyone. This was an exorcise in compromises, and there are people who won't be satisfied with that. It literally can't please everyone, so just taking and running with what we have is best at this point. If we start revisiting everything then it just opens up never ending arguments and nothing gets done because every time a decision is made it gets overturned.
