Can somebody explain to me how STC can contain such a powerful psychic technology? DAoT humanity was fucked by emerging psykers which they couldn't control and understand. Yet mass distributed STCs have solution to every single problem that lead to the Age of Strife and more, a way to control and weaponize Humanity's psychic dawn, something that hadn't even been fucking done before and therefore couldn't be part of STC.
