I'm looking for an RPG with a fairly cartoon/anime approach to combat, with over-the-top moves and throwing through walls and shit. Does anyone have any good suggestions? So far I've got FIGHT! and various superhero games (and I guess, like, FATE) as options, but they don't seem that great.

I've always recommended Savage Worlds with the Super Powers Expansion for such things.

There's Exalted, which isn't all that great, Anima, which takes an eternity to learn, Legends of the Wulin, which has terrible editing, Legend, which is woefully incomplete, and Marvel Heroic Roleplaying, which lacks character creation rules.

>Anima, which takes an eternity to learn and also memes you because everyone is as mortal as all fuck ending up in a death filled world with anime eyes
Check out Valor, I only recently discovered it myself.
You can find it in the PDF share document it's pretty great.
Here's someone statting Batman in it which is a nice showcase of the system

I do love Legends of the Wulin, but jesus fuck the editing job is so bad.
Once you get it working? Excellent system. But the barrier to entry is a total bitch.

Exalted has a pretty good ruleset in 3e, Anima is a terrible D20 system, Legends of the Wulin has some very strange cinematic ruleset which manage to be weird but usable, Legend is cool, and Marvel Heroic Roleplaying is okay.
