So fucking tempting. If there were three choices, I'd take it for sure. As it is, triggers and stockholm syndrome would be appropriate to it, since then I could gradually modify people without them noticing.

Otherwise, a collar build is best. Use Stockholm Syndrome and your slaves don't need their collars when they go out. Love potion goes nice with that, for full conversion. Triggers work for long-time behavioral modification, and classic is good for immediate commands, with the synergy effect. Endocrine control and orgasm for funsies I guess, but they're pretty much extra.

Well, I think I'd still go for the first one.

Another important thing is to make sure drawbacks are self-enforcing, since having to keep track of multiple girls means an infraction might slip through the cracks, and I'm the one who suffers if that happens. Chances are remote that I'm going to give a shit about faithful. Sanguine Debauchery cancels out the Suggestible punishments, so I think that leaves me safe.

So now all that's left is finding 5 girls who are okay with a sex-charged harem lifestyle under a shape-shifting rich guy who can dead-lift a truck, in exchange for limited immortality and shapeshifting of their own.

Since you determine the initial metamorphosis, and can exert a lot of control over how they use shape shifting once they have the ring on, all you really need are 5 people that overlook the fact that you can slowly reprogram them into someone you actually like because they're too exited to become immortal and wealthy. Hell, there are some people out there that'd probably sign up just for the chance to BE mind controlled because that's their fetish.

I've stopped making slave ring builds because part of the fun is being forced to be sexually deviant for the sake of your powers. Having a mind-controlled shape-shifting immortal harem doesn't seem like it would really keep the Go/d/dess entertained.

I've a fairly mediocre mage, though parasitic engineering can boost me up to decent levels. Anything which would strengthen the Convention will be done without remorse. No surprise that the "Reformists" would in the end turn out to be traitorous but, when my reformation is finished there will be only one faction. My thoughts before seeing >>51636275.

I'm kind of similar in thinking to Darius (with some Aeneas and Saul), but with the major loss of the Covenant's army on Sheol, procuring mana from worlds to sustain previous magitech development would be risky, especially with the Adversary remaining a pressing (and most dangerously, unknown) threat. Expending massive resources on mana acquisition is questionable in these times.

So I'm forced to forge my own path. My ideology would be Universalism. Universalism would transform the Covenant into, effectively, a loose trade republic, focusing on the following:

>Incorporate and research non-magical technology
>Reintroduce Blood Magic

So far the Covenant has been extremely insular. Its existence has been kept secret from visited worlds. Univeralism would change that to an extent, slowly experimenting with various approaches.

My thought is - why keep worlds separated if the Covenant has the means to open travel between worlds? Outside of its beginnings, so far the Covenant has relied on itself. They wished to decide the fate of the Omniverse themselves; perhaps they had the best intentions in mind. Perhaps for a time, it worked. But the status quo is falling apart and threats besiege the Omniverse.

So I'd try to change how the Covenant functions. A greater focus on working with indigenous populations on planets.

I am aware revealing the Covenant and the Omniverse to individual universes may create future problems. Antagonist multiversal empires being one of them. But the future of the Omniverse should rest in all of its residents' hands, not just the Covenant.

Not really. The Convention is missing most of its world draining crew since a ton of them died on Sheol, and training more is a difficult process made more difficult by the current mana shortage. Plus there's the issue that you need to subdue the local inhabitants, and the Convention's military is in shambles since the defeat at Sheol.

There is a plethora of denizens within the Observable Multiverse who would be willing to sacrifice their soul in exchange for a better physical life. Or they simply desire true oblivion. I can even offer to wipe their memory of losing their soul by using Aspect of Ruin.

The blood mages (including me) are going to have to do the heavy lifting for magic in the civil war against Purists, since the Covenant lacks the mana to fund a conventional magic using army. But by rallying various worlds to our cause, we can form a very large muggle army. Muggles are very dangerous when blood magic can nullify conventional magic.

The Purists hate me so much they're probably going to fight to the last man, but I'll use their hate in my favor. They're likely to commit widespread atrocities to fight me - I can use their actions to build up support among universes for my cause.

As more of a support type character, I've increased my mobility to stay out of the way while providing said support. I also have items like the camp site to help out my party. I'm definitely going to need a party, but with the options I've taken ranging from barriers to CC to healing and more, I believe parties will feel I'm worth taking and splitting the rewards with. I have surprisingly high defense, especially with my barrier skill in effect, just in case things go bad, and the recall skill. I do have light based abilities for offense, if need be, and my mage armor outfit (whatever that does for me). As another method of staying out of the way, I have the ability to camouflage myself.

While I don't have premonition, I do have psychic to help out in the moment, and Indomitable allows me to resist corruption, psionic attacks and illusion. combined with detect magic to help spot for my party.

If all you're looking to do is stop the world draining, avoiding a civil war with the purists isn't that hard. It's when you stack legalizing blood magic on top of that that it becomes tough. But it is mathematically possible to stop world draining, legalize blood magic, and take the quest to stop all existence from ending while avoiding civil war. It just requires every other scrap of purist rep available.

I've actually been, very, very slowly, on and off, working on that. Not sure how good the end result might be, it already seems like it may become more tedious rather than more fun to play through it.

Biggest problem I've been met with is eliminating redundancies and crappy options while trying to keep it so that each category ends up having the same number of options as all the others (a staple in nearly all versions of this CYOA).
