The moment a Lunar gets the tattoos, they never have to worry about the Wyld Taint again. They keep whatever mutations they acquired in the meantime though, since those are now part of their true forms.

Casteless get screwed over pretty hard, compared to tattoo'd Lunars, in the game and lorewise. (Which is why I'm trying to make the origin worthwhile, and am /still/ going to give CP for taking it).

In the cases of weapons like the The Striker, Shishkebab, and Kremvh's Tooth, yes. However, they won't have their unique properties like the purchasable versions; the Broadsider wouldn't have a greater chance to cripple limbs, the Shishkebab would need to be refueled, and Kremvh's Tooth wouldn't be permanently coated in poison.

Other unique weapons may have their Legendary properties if they make sense; a Two-Shot Laser Rifle makes sense for the most part, but a Two-Shot Fatman doesn't. Legendary weapons randomly found on enemies are entirely non-canon, as far as I'm concerned.

To the demons of astlan question from last thread

Not the maker but it sounds like you are trying to make someone into a half demon like one of the characters. Rupert had a human mother but a demon father, technically you could probably turn people into half demons via cell manipulation but they would need to go to the abyss to get a link there in order to respawn (it happened to rupert). The ritual just makes a new body for the person you are demonizing (similar to making angels really) by taking a bunch of mana and sculpting the person a new body and shoving their soul into it. The more mana they have the more powerful they are in their demon body (also generally bigger) technically this can be done with any magic from the setting but its easier for wizards or animage shamans. Orcs being made into D'Orcs for example, a bunch of orcs get together with orcus and have a big dhamanistic party complete with drugs to make the target ascendee astral project then all the people taking part think of the most impressive deeds the target has done while giving some of their power. This tends to make the resulting demon orc a bit larger than life and make them more powerful as more people take part.

Half demons just get a load of demon mana in with their human bodies and eventually turn demonish. It is genetic though so genetic perks would probably work great to make someone more powerful as a half demon if you are engineering them.

That's the Beast of Resplendent Liquids, which as a magical animal isn't something you can pick as your spirit shape. That said, Lunars do have a charm to do that on their own, so just take a sauropod dinosaur spirit shape and use Scorpion-and-Toad Mastery.

There was the time I kidnapped Hitler with Diesel-powered mecha and set up a "Slap the Hitler" booth in Washington DC.

Then there was the time I spent ten years as a piece of clothing. That was pretty odd, but it had its perks. Raven still wears me on special occasions.

Honestly though, I think the time that I moved the souls of ten flawed beings from the coins they were being held in to the Human bodies Raven had conjured up for each of them. I wasn't even sure if I could do it at the time, but I've gathered a surprising amount of Soul-based magic in my short chain and it went off without a hitch.

No, more diverse. Creation's a big place. If you look at the map, it's actually smaller than Earth, despite claims that it's ten times bigger. But the balance of land to water is closer to fifty/fifty, meaning there's a lot more living space. All sorts of biomes. You've got pretty much everything that might exist here on Earth, plus a bunch of extinct species, and a handful of more fantastical species like the hoofed lion "simhata" or the desert-dwelling "rapace" apes.

Yes, and? Creation's young enough that it hasn't experienced much evolution (though it has experienced some, thanks to the mutating effects of intense Essence concentrations), but it was created with a full ecosystem in place. The Primordials filled Creation with all sorts of creatures, they were very thorough. Creation even has microorganisms, despite what you'd expect from the fact that many diseases are magical in nature.

...They were originally meant as mounts for the Exalted though, so they bond to Exalts who display their even if they were bonded to un-Exalted riders before.

(I am afraid I have never had the pleasure of playing You Died the game, so I may be woefully off base here.)

Well now… So I take this as proof I have indeed gotten over the fear of undead and have gotten past that. Even seeing my wives as undead… well ok that threw me for a bit but I still love them and we could collect humanities to make them look more normal.

Anyways… this place was weird. Everything was undead… again. Tamamo says the entire planet bears a heavy divine curse upon it rotting everything until it becomes hollow

We traveled around met a few undead who weren’t trying to kill us. We talked with a giant mushroom who was rather nice, she gave us some mushrooms to help us on our journey.

Tamamo, Alice, Akitsu and I tried to work out how to break the curse. I had a way of doing it but the only problem was if I broke the curse. Everything was already dead and nature would take it’s course. Death even confirmed that for me.

Anyways part way through my stay someone killed the lord of cinders and sacrificed themselves to reignite the flame prolonging the “life” support of the planet.

We tried to help those who had lost themselves entirely. We had some slight “success” unfortunately sometimes it’s better to leave those too far gone where they are, lest they remember what they were and despair.

So we decided to help those who we could. I decided to make something that would help restore those parts of themselves that people had last through repeated death. I tweaked a seed of the Yggdrasil. Weaving properties that compelled growth of the soul as well as life with in it and used song magic to alter the soil around it to allow for life. We planted it and I used my powers to make it turn from a seed to a little sapling. It may take a hundred years or more to reach it’s full size but hopefully it will help someone.


Eventually We decided to try and balance the forces of life and death. I created several towers to help magnify the effect of song magic throughout the world. Then I planted a Yggdrasil seed and used my magic to make it start to sprout.

I drew heavily on my song magic subtly tweaking to world so that it would accept new life and made the Yggdrasil the heart of it

We mentioned her to you a while ago, she's basically Anti-You in that she claims to be fighting for justice while also being underhanded and cruel. Basically, in her mind the Empire = Justice, and anyone against it is evil. So she's willing to murder defenseless prisoners, torture, and mock the death of her enemies right in front of their friends. She's is nice to kids, but she'd probably kill them as well if they turned against the Empire. Because again, the Empire is just, and anyone against it is evil in her mind.

Her greatest joy in life is killing people who are "evil".

Unless you brainwashed her, she's not joining you. She's like a shounen hero in that she never gives up or lets anything change her mind. Unfortunately, given who she works for and how she acts, this is a bad thing. Pretty sure her death was caused by her attempt at "Taking you with me" failing. She lost a fight against one of the rebels, so she tried to blow herself up, but she fucked it up so she was left to die alone. It was actually kind of sad, but after all the shit she did she kind of deserved it.

To put in perspective, with the exception of Esdeath and her pack of psychos, even the IMPERIALS don't like her as well as fearing her.

Her obsession with justice comes from the fact that the revolutionaries (the good guys) killed her father. The combination of her lover for her father and hatred for those who killed him turned her into a dark mirror of a Shounen protagonist.

The empire is more than happy to take advantage of this and turn her into a devoted (and insane) living weapon. It's hard not to pity her. Though it is much easier when thinking about some of the people she has killed.

I do think I could use a few more items or a way to buy some items from books.
I have used the buying levels thing so it's a bit hypocritical to say this but the problem is easily solved if you just allow the extra levels to convert to advancement rate. It even says in there that you can buy one lump sum of levels or you just advance faster. However he ruled that if you buy the 300 perk multiple times you automatically are going for levels.
I kind of had t do it this last time because it was my second jump and I landed in a dragon war. However I still felt guilty for doing it. It's a jump the guy put a lot of effort in to and I think it deserves a better reputation than it gets.

After doing research IRL it turns out that the output of a solar furnace is a shit tonne more than the generator of the Wing Zero. Seriously, do the math (I only went per hour since I wanted to lowball it but the GN drive probably releases several times a second). Combine that with DODS for the 2* power output and you're pumping out enough to destroy a solar system without taxing your MS. I have yet seen a need to go all out but then again, I haven't tried going to Star Trek and attempt to wipe out the Borg.

So, is there anything stopping me form just going to Ghost Rider for Deal With the Devil, then going to Supernatural, using PCS to convince Chuck I could do better, and then gaining free omnipotence? Thanks, HeavensAnon.

I'm not disputing that it would be powerful. I'm saying that it's nowhere near solar system-destroying levels of power. Like I said, we know how much damage the energy output of the Qan[T]'s Twin Drives can do in Trans-Am. It's a lot, enough to scour a continent clean. But it's not enough to outright destroy a moon, let alone a solar system. Even with the improved damage from being a DODS weapon, even with the power boost from Super Mode, you'd need many orders of magnitude more power to do it. I'd post a video demonstrating, but all of the clips I can find on Youtube of the final fight in A Wakening Of The Trailblazer cut off right before the Raiser Sword is deployed. It's weird.

It seems the struggle is the one constant of humanity. Here they had lost about everything do to a meteor. Somehow that had also caused mutants even further dividing the survivors. That’s the world I found myself in

At first it was a battle even to find enough food for my companions in this messed up world. Somehow we managed though. Then I tried to make contact with the communities around us trying to bring them together.

Something about apocalypses make people particularly pig headed. This settlement was mutants and so they wouldn’t associsate with filthy flat scans or that settlement had stolen food so they were sworn enemies. I settled so many desputes it was silly but I managed to get almost a small town worth of people together. Somewhat happily.

Then the local warlord came. I was surprised to see him roll in on a tank. I admit that is a way to make an impression. He bellowed about claiming the town and the people and demanding tribute.

Probably not. It's usually a "weakness" in the same way that Scion has a "weakness" to magic, as in he doesn't have specific defenses to it because he/his race never encountered it. It on;y bypasses his durability if the magic itself carries that effect.

Mage the Awakening magic can do sunlight. It's just really hard to do so you need 5 dots, but then you can just apply it to yourself for every day. Of course you'll need to spec for forces which isn't the best, but hey sunshine.
