There's a few light indie systems for heisting, One Last Job for example. Fiasco could be used as well, I guess?

I guess you could try to do some kind of Shadowrun 3e conversion, without the scifi/fantasy elements, if you want more crunch to the system, but that swould take some serious work...

It's the payday 2 cast with a bunch of the DLC characters, with all of them lowered in age. Jiro and Wick are young men, Clover is a girl, Sokol is a baby, etc.
