I played a trap bard once. I was just a massive fucking tease the entire campaign. I had no fewer than two kings and three queens as suitors. I managed to seduce and then deny a demigod. At the end of the campaign, I managed to convince a vampire lord who was marching to join the BBEG's doom army to join our plucky band of heroism and goodness, by leading him on.
I didn't find it particularly magical realmy, and neither did my party, in fact, I faded to black the least of anyone in the party (only once), and there certainly weren't any fetishes at play in my character. All I wanted to do was play a Ziggy Stardust-esque character, who had such an attractive personality that they transcended sexuality.
