There aren't nearly enough Tzeentch warbands in the fluff.
Let's change that, tg.

What are you talking about? All warbands are Tzeentch warbands, he's just tricked them into thinking they worship the other chaos gods.

>Nurgle, Khorne, and Slannesh don't actually exist, they're all just split personalities of Tzeench
>Whenever a Chaos Cultist or Marine discovers this, they decide to join Chaos Undivided because, hey, it's basically the same thing, but just with more benefits.

Ok then. How about this.

A Chaos Warband of Wannabe Tyranids, huh. I'm betting that their nickname around the Eye of Terror would be "The BugFuckers".
The infamous Flux Bringers warband is in fact one completely insane sorcerer with a split personality so bad that he imagines himself as an entire Chapter of Space Marines.
He first drew the attention of Tzeentch when he infiltrated a void fortress of Word Bearers all alone, thinking that he had a whole warband to back him up. Strangely enough, his delusion played out in his favour, as his loneliness helped him to slip completely unnoticed past the outer defences. Even when his presence was detected, the master of the fortress refused to believe that it was just a single madman who dared to challenge his entire warband and assumed that the sorcerer used foul magic to hide his comrades with invisibility. Instead of ordering to capture the sorcerer immediately, he spread his forces around the fortress in search for other intruders. This proved to be his downfall, as the sorcerer managed to reach his headquarters, dispatched him in personal combat and departed via a portal after stealing a wealth of arcane tomes.
This escapade amused Tzeentch so much that he imbued the sorcerer with a powerful blessing. From that point on, the sorcerer's imaginary comrades became real during battles, making this lonely madman a force to be reckoned with in the Eye of Terror.
The leader of the warband is a machine that was designed for strategy/logic games like chess or go. However the hell it was built, it quickly fell into the hands of Tzeentch cultists who found its tactical prowess highly useful for guerilla warfare, espionage, and even outright combat. Eventually it clearly manifested the blessings of Tzeentch. Whether these abilities were inherent in the machine before it showed them, or if the machine itself planned to fall into power as it did, is food for thought.
Their actions are led by instructions from a prophet that lived and died ages ago.
