This build is meant for boosting magical power. Besides that, there’s some solid battle utility but only one real offensive option in the Lovely Miracle Beam. Still, with the boosts and all, it works as a Kaiju Buster in a pinch, though she’d rather boost someone else and turn *them* into a Kaiju Buster themselves. Also barriers and healing, don’t forget that.
A glass cannon and kind of a one-trick pony, but can back up pretty much any other magical girl in a pinch.

Not sure if optimal, though.

I have other builds in mind too, just need more time to build 'em.

Hey, what do y'all think of this build? It's basically a heavy armor will-based build, I'll admit that straight-up, but I don't recall seeing any that work quite the same way.

The entire purpose is to tank. To force enemies to pay attention to her because if she lands a hit, she hits hard, and to be able to tank anything anyone can dish out. Between Arma and Defense, her ability to take a hit is pretty solid, and between Arma and Strength, she's always a threat. She can't quite agi-tank, but she can be a somewhat elusive target for a slowpoke. For longer fights, better Stamina lets her keep going, and Blood A means she doesn't diminish as a threat as the fight drags on. Plus, it has immediate synergy with Blood C and Arma S. She don't need better than C reserves, I figure, because the only rite she's using with a cost is Arma S, Fame and Sol C as well as Blood A have no cost. Blood C is low cost so using it with Arma S probably isn't an issue. Also, having a thematic outfit means she's casting Arma S more efficiently anyway.

Basically, the idea is to be the tankiest tank that ever tanked and draw ALL THE AGGRO while still delivering a solid shot when there's an opening.

She'd probably be an arrogant showboat, never satisfied with being any less than the best at what she does, who constantly brags and boasts and covers up the pain. (And secretly likes it just a bit. Because why else would she go so far to cover for her treasured allies?) Ambition, pride, maybe a bit of arrogance.

The food options on this version are waaay unbalanced.

The massively stocked kitchen only costs 11, while the moderately stocked kitchen costs 8 and only has enough food for 1 meal a day.

The basic gruel isn't enough to feed you, so you'd need to supplement the moderate kitchen with other options, and fast food costs 5 and fine dining 14 for the week.

There's literally no other cost efficient way to keep yourself from starving, so that's 11 points up front that you basically HAVE to spend.

The world will spend years underneath my heel, all the while I will be erecting temples and forging weapons and armor of divine might, my holy church spreading far throughout the land. Then, a coup will be staged. My death faked and I'll take on a more beneficial approach from the shadows.

Hel's Scream makes the winter winds draw your enemies back closer into proximity to you; it's less what it does on its own and more what it does in context of the spells needed to get it.

Frost and Force tend to be the Tank/Durability schools so far, so you can see why the result fits quite well; melee, close range, draw enemies into reach and hit them with your spells or whale on them with martial prowess. Either works out fine.

Ever played a Vanguard from Mass Effect? Charge into range, explode on arrival, shotgun mows down anything still standing, charge to another nearby target if they recover before shotgun finishes the fight.

Maybe you should reconsider what kind of mage or tactics you're going to use, try some of the other spells. Larger critters aren't going to get drawn in maybe, but they should be slower for your other abilities to get you to them to bring the maelstrom meat-grinder with you. You'll want the T5 for dealing with light, fast enemies or mobs of low-tier ones that'll basically bugsplat against your localized AOE.

The barrier between Familiar and the magical girl is somewhat blurred now. It seems the change took a little too well, amplifying Will at the expense of some of the other emotive potentials that might've been. The Ball layers itself over her more often than not, with a single manifestation of itself being left outside from the meter-diameter sized sphere it was previously. Regardless of whether she directs its motions with the motion rite, or gracefully dancing around with the same force on herself, the strength of Will seems to have been conveyed directly from the formerly wheelchair-bound girl, lifting her from a nerve-withered state of clumsy immobility.
