What does the inside of a Tesseract Vault look like?
If nobody knows, let's map out the interior of one.
By the description it's just a bubble of space curved in on itself. Bring a lamp and you may get a hall of mirrors effect as you look straight ahead and see the back of your own head, or the space may be large enough that it's just black in all directions. You could then put whatever you so desire in there, but by itself there'd be nothing.

Time doesn't pass inside a Tesseract Vault, does it? Wouldn't a Human inside theoretically perceive absolutely nothing except being sucked in and let out?
