They're pretty much all on the spectrum, but I'd say the ultrasmurfs with their whole obsession with memorizing the Codex and throwing tantrums every time someone doesn't follow their patterns and rules.

They're so anal about following the Codex Astartes that they kick out anyone who deviates from it. Kind of ironic now that Calgar had to deviate from the Codex to keep the chapter alive and filled the 1st Company from Tyrannic War Veterans just to reform it.
