I'll do my level best...

TEAM 1: Villains who are actively seeking some kind of ragnarok. Sucking emotions and talents from rival heroes, and using magic to overwhelm with brute force what they can't get done with deception.

TEAM 2: The defenders of the religion the first team seeks to defile. They even have rivalries going on: heresy guy and religion embodiment are likely the driving forces in this conflict.

TEAM 3: Try to stay hidden and guide events in a benevolent fashion. Somewhere between the justice league and the CIA, most other heroes don't know about them unless they've REALLY fucked something up, then these guys swoop in to act as cosmic janitors to earth's timeline.

TEAM 4: The suicide squad 'heroes' who are forced to take a side in the conflict. This party fucking hates one another, but some outside force (probably team 3) has them under their thumb and is using them to keep things in order. Most would just go off and do their own thing, if they could.

TEAM 5: A backup contingency in case team 1 fails, likely appointed by team 3. They're the secret weapon against the heretics, but they're all in the midst of origin stories/coming to terms with their powers so they're not quite ready for prime time, despite their insane potential.

TEAM 6: dangerous and anarchistic. Probably the deadpool team of this universe. Possibly a fashionable and quirky villain outfit that occasionally works with heroes when their interests coincide.

TEAM 7: As the villains lose ground, it becomes more plot-relevant to have a villain again, thus bringing this team to the foreground. They are the guys who back up the heretics, though less from a belief in their dark gods and more because the plot keeps them going. they realize the meta of the comics they inhabit, and without them as antagonists their universe would cease to be.

TEAM 9: Scary time assassins. Might be some kind of operations group sent to oppose team 3 and cause their plans to go to shit in subtle ways. Expect a lot of 'arrow from nowhere' deaths in the arc they're introduced in, and both luck guy and bogeyman to make appearances as recurring foils to the heroes with (less) physical threat than the other three.

These guys are quite clearly a tragic team, with very religious sort of theme.
The support guy, divine manipulator and fatal countance guy are named after the 3 Archangels recognized by the Church:

All 5 wear robes of a sort, white with angelic silver for 3, the leader in pure heavenly Gold and Lucifer in a subtle black and bronze outfit.
All 5 wear masks with varied designs on them, reminiscent of Carnivale masks.

Raphael: Support Powers

Michael is named for the Angel who was so named to mean "God is my strength" and truly his powers show it. Wielding powerful divine magic and healing powers, he is the reserve healer and the front line powerhouse. Able to purge evil and raise those who have fallen, he is the second in command as well.
His mask is jade with golden eyes and mouth, a single gold star of David on one cheek.

The last of the 4 Archangels is
Lucifer: Dark Fire Constructs
Lucifer's name is obvious, though his connection to the side of good is not. in addition to his robes, there is one other major difference between him and the rest of the angels, in that he does not wear a full mask, his face instead obscured partially by his own flames from the mouth down. His half mask is feminine in appearance, as are his robes.

Matthias: Complete Arsenal
Matthias means Gift of God, and that is truly what his powers seem to be. Each day, he has a new power at his disposal, a virtually limitless pool of potential. Though many in his position might claim godhood, he is a devout follower of Jesus instead and takes his power to mean that he has been blessed as a prophet.
His mask is a golden sphere that completely obscures his face, a halo floating above it. This halo is actually the source of his power, and it is a magical artifact only able to be wielded by one pure of heart and mind.

The team isn't street level whatsoever, and typically spend most of their time fighting the supernatural, both on earth and in other dimensions.

Just because your ability is OP doesn't mean you are. You gotta roll to see how strong your actual affinity for that power is.
For example, we have people ITT who have omnipotence that only rolled 82 or so, meanwhile we got someone with nothing but a bow and arrow rolling 90+, so clearly this archer has way more practice and control over their ability than the godchild.

The Titans:
A group comprised of demigods, their powers are mighty, though their skills aren't the best. Way above street level for the most part, they still tend to bungle a bit and have jobbed on several occasions. In spite of this they are nothing to scoff at.

Ice Embodiment: Frost Giant
It is not known if this is truly a frost giant of lore, or a man who believes himself to be their descendant, but this massive frozen behemoth is no joke. Despite his cool powers, he's a bit slow witted, using the ice to form armor and weapons, his body reshaping itself after any blow. A real tanky bruiser.

Enchantment: Janis
Claims to be the trickster god of Greek mythos, their gender is unknown as they constantly take new forms, weave illusions and their tendency to charm anyone regardless of sex or preference. A powerful trickster regardless, their pride usually slips them up and forces them to lose the upper hand.

Talent Theft: Andromalius
Ironically calling them self by the name of the demon who returns things that were once stolen, this fellow can take anyone's abilities, though at a price. Whenever he takes someones abilities, they have a chance to get it back, as his ability to steal is passed to them. Almost always ends up losing the powers they stole when it's something serious, but has already stolen quite a lot by now.

Emotion Absorbtion: Ereshkagal
Claims to be the Mesopotamian goddess of the underworld and is easily the strongest on her team. Though her power isn't the strongest, she knows how to wield it effectively, making her a dangerous foe. Especially loves to steal love from peoples hearts.

Finally we have the leader, a powerful sorcerer who calls himself Khaos. His goal is nothing more than to spread fear and hatred, making people question their own faith.

Team 2, while they are most certainly the rivals of Team 1, aren't necessarily the good guys. In fact, they are extremely ambigous in their morals, and their teamwork is shoddy at best. Their real talent shines in their devotion and abilities, where they are each very skilled in the use of their powers.

Supertasking: D-CPU-L (Disciple)
A hyper advanced AI with a super durable Mechanical body, this robot knows every scripture by heart and using his many arms can manipulate immense amounts of objects. In terms of appearance, D-CPU-L is a ball of wings surrounding a single face. The wings are actually thousands of micro feelers however, and are capable of fine manipulation. Their main roles include gathering data, hacking, essentially the support matrix. But with the power to kick ass in combat.

Death Activated Plant Mimicry: Lazarus
His powers of regeneration are infinite, and even completely destroying him down to the last atom is useless, as within 24 hours a new plant will grow into him. Typically takes the form of a humanoid rosebush(Think the Pokemon Roserade but more so.) Though their durability is impressive(They regenerate so fast that setting them on fire merely causes them to become a BURNING rosebush) their combat prowess is weak. In spite of this they are an essential teammate and often help with espionage based missions.

Paint Manipulation: Cardinal Renaissance
An ordained priest who took up painting as a hobby when he was younger, his ability to make his drawings and paint itself do his bidding was proclaimed a miracle and he was immediately set to work with the group. the eldest member of the team bar the leader, he is also far more experienced with his power than the rest, and his skill with a brush as well as his myriad religious inspirations lead to a host of cherubim to twirl out of his masterful brush strokes, aiding the party in fights.

Cosmic Guardian: Metatron
Named for the highest of the high angels in Jewish mythos, Metatron's name means "one who metes out or marks off a place, a divider and fixer of boundaries", "a measurer". This gold garbed figure was once a member of team 4, but was reassigned when Matthias requested Lucifer to be stationed to his team instead, and so still retains his white robe with silver trim. His mask is Ivory with black pearls inlaid on the forehead in a circle pattern.

Their leader of course, is
Religion Embodiment: Kabbalah
A woman who believes her piety to be without peer, her pride took a massive blow when Matthias took her place as leader of the Archangels. Humbled, she set out to study all religions, growing stronger through the assimilation of their teachings, realising that she was drawing power from each of them, and not merely Catholocism as she had previously thought, she now seeks to further the spread of all religions. She doesn't care what sort of bloodshed it causes, so long as she can gain more power, though many of her teammates are unaware of this. While Metatron and the Cardinal are still loyal to the Vatican, D-CPU-L and Lazarus are 100% behind her, and should she betray the team, they would gladly follow her.
